A six-month private coaching engagement, built entirely around your specific history with money. No group context. No generalist framework applied wholesale. Work at the depth the material actually requires.

This is the most complete form of the FINITY method – and the right choice when you know the surface level has already been tried, and something more fundamental needs to change.

The Work

What the six months actually covers.

The engagement moves through the two FINITY movements – ALIGN and ESTABLISH – in sequence. Each builds on the last. The work is structured, but it is calibrated to what emerges in the room, not to a fixed script.

The money
story.

We begin with what you inherited. Family patterns, cultural narratives, early experiences of scarcity or instability – the beliefs that formed before you had language for them. These are mapped, examined, and where necessary, rewritten.

Values and
what they cost.

We identify the values that actually drive your decisions – not the ones you think should – and examine the gap between them and your current financial life. Alignment between the two is the foundation of everything that follows.

The patterns beneath the behaviour.

Avoidance, anxiety, impulsive decisions, chronic under-earning, fear of investing – these are not character flaws. They are responses to something. We find what they are responding to and address it at the root.

ESTABLISH · 01

Cashflow that
holds its shape.

Clarity without structure eventually reverts. We design a cashflow architecture – not a budget to follow and fail – that reflects how you actually live and creates the space for intentional decision-making.

Reserves and what
they represent.

Financial anxiety is often structural, not psychological. Building the right reserves in the right form removes the conditions that generate it. This is practical work with immediate emotional consequences.

We review and address the basic protections most people defer indefinitely. Not because they are complex, but because they require confronting the things we’d rather not think about. Doing this work produces a specific kind of quiet.

The Engagement

How the six months unfold.

The engagement has a shape. It is not six months of open-ended conversation – it moves through distinct phases, each with its own purpose, building toward an outcome that holds after the coaching ends.

Phase One · Months 1 – 2

The
excavation.

We begin with the Money Story Audit and a deep initial assessment. The first two months are spent mapping your financial history, identifying the beliefs and behaviours that have shaped your decisions, and establishing the values framework that will anchor everything that follows.

Phase Two · Months 3 – 4

The
restructure.

With clarity established, we begin the behavioural and structural work. This is where patterns are interrupted and replaced – not through willpower, but through redesigning the conditions that produce them. The financial architecture takes shape here.

Phase Three · Months 5 – 6

The
consolidation.

The final phase tests and embeds what has been built. We review the architecture, address anything that has surfaced during the engagement, and build the frameworks you will carry forward independently — so the work does not require you to keep returning.

Continuity and accountability.

Regular sessions, structured between-session work, and access to support when the material becomes live between calls. The engagement is designed to be held – not just attended.

The investment for the full six-month engagement is discussed during consultation and this is the first step – to establish that the timing is right and the fit is genuine, before any commitment is made by either party.
