The FINITY method is built for private, one-to-one work. But some people find that depth is easier to reach when others are in the room – when a pattern you thought was uniquely yours is named, out loud, by someone else.
Group sessions and workshops are a genuine alternative entry point to the method – not a lesser version of it. The same foundations. A different, and for some people more natural, way of doing the work.
FINITY Groups & Workshops are facilitated sessions that apply the Money Alignment Method in a shared setting. They cover the same psychological and practical territory as the individual coaching engagement – money stories, values, beliefs, and financial structure – in formats designed for participation and peer recognition rather than private disclosure.
WHO THIS IS FOR
One-to-one coaching asks you to go first – to surface the material in a private space before you’ve had any evidence that others carry similar patterns. Group work offers a different starting point: the recognition that the stories you’ve kept quiet are not unusual.
That recognition does something. It reduces the shame that keeps financial patterns in place, and creates the conditions for change that private work doesn’t always produce.
The Formats
Each format serves a different context – in terms of depth, duration, and what the setting asks of participants. All three are rooted in the same method.
Single Session
A focused single-session exploration of one dimension of the Money Alignment Method – money stories and inherited beliefs, values and financial decision-making, or the behavioural patterns that keep financial change at a distance. Structured for insight and immediate application.
Half-day or full-day · Online or in-person
Multi-Session Programme
A structured series of sessions – typically four to six – that moves through the ALIGN and ESTABLISH foundations of the FINITY method in a group setting. Participants engage with the same material as the one-to-one engagement, with the added dimension of shared context and peer accountability.
4 – 6 sessions · Online · Cohort-based
Webinar Series
A more accessible, lower-commitment entry point. Webinar sessions cover specific topics from the FINITY framework – open to a wider audience, with structured content and space for reflection. Designed for people who want to understand the method before deciding on a deeper engagement.

THE Content
All group formats draw from the FINITY method. The specific content varies by format and cohort – but the core territory is consistent: the psychological foundations that determine how money actually moves in your life.
Territory · 01
Where your financial beliefs came from, how they formed, and how they continue to operate – often below conscious awareness. This is the starting point for all FINITY work, regardless of format. Named in a group context, it produces immediate and often significant recognition.
Territory · 02
The gap between what people say they value and the financial decisions they actually make is almost universal. Group sessions make this visible in a way that individual reflection rarely does — because you are watching others recognise the same gap in themselves.
Territory · 03
Avoidance, anxiety, impulsive decisions, chronic under-saving – these are not character flaws. They are learned responses. In a group setting, participants often find the pattern named before they’ve finished describing it. That moment of recognition is where change begins.
Territory · 02
Practical financial architecture – cashflow, reserves, the basics of financial protection – covered not as a technical exercise but as the direct expression of clarity. In multi-session formats, this becomes the practical layer that the earlier psychological work makes possible.
What Group Work Offers
Group work is not a compromise. It is a different form of the work, with its own distinct conditions for change. Some of what it produces cannot be replicated in private sessions.
01 The end of isolation
Most people carry their financial patterns in private, which allows shame to sustain them. A group setting breaks that. When others name the same patterns, the charge around them diminishes – and the conditions for change shift.
02 Peer recognition as a mirror
Hearing your own pattern described by someone else – before you’ve named it yourself – is a specific kind of insight that individual work rarely produces. It removes the protective distance between understanding something intellectually and actually feeling it.
03 Accountability that holds
Multi-session formats create accountability between sessions – between participants, not just between client and coach. That accountability is often more sustained and more honest than the accountability people manage with themselves alone.
