Financial anxiety does not stay at the door when people come to work. It shapes attention, decision-making, and the quality of engagement people bring to everything they do.
FINITY Organisational Programmes bring the Money Alignment Method to teams, member communities, and organisations – addressing financial wellbeing at its psychological root, not its surface. This is not financial literacy training. It is something that goes considerably deeper.
FINITY Organisational Programmes are facilitated financial wellbeing engagements designed for organisations whose people carry questions about money, identity, and financial confidence at scale. Rooted in the Money Alignment Method, they address inherited money narratives, behavioural patterns, and practical financial structure – in formats built for teams and communities rather than individual private coaching.
The Case for This Work
Most financial wellbeing initiatives address the surface: budgeting tools, pension awareness sessions, generic money management content. They are useful. They are also insufficient _ because the financial behaviours that most affect people’s lives are not primarily driven by a lack of information.
They are driven by inherited beliefs, emotional patterns, and the unexamined stories people carry about what money means, who deserves it, and what they are allowed to want. That is what this work addresses.
Who This Is For
The programme is designed for any organisation whose people carry these questions – regardless of sector, size, or how financial wellbeing is currently positioned within the culture.
Employer / HR
HR leads, employee wellbeing teams, and people directors commissioning financial wellbeing as part of a broader employee experience strategy. Programmes can be delivered as standalone workshops, multi-session series, or embedded within existing wellbeing frameworks.
Community/Membership
Professional networks, alumni communities, member organisations, and associations whose members share the characteristics the FINITY method is built for. Workshop series and webinar formats are particularly well-suited to this context.
Mission-led
Charities, foundations, and mission-led organisations working with communities where financial confidence and psychological relationship with money are core to their purpose. Programmes are scoped and priced to reflect this organisational context.
Why FINITY
It never was.
FINITY exists because most financial services treat money as a technical problem. The people who come to this work have usually tried that. They’re here because they understand the problem is deeper than a spreadsheet can reach.
The facilitated
workshop.
A focused, facilitated session on one dimension of the Money Alignment Method – money narratives and inherited belief, the relationship between values and financial decisions, or the behavioural patterns that keep financial change at a distance. Designed to create immediate recognition and shift the conversation within your organisation. Works as a standalone event or as the opening session of a longer series.
Half-day or full-day
Half-day or full-day
Up to 30 participants
The workshop
series.
A structured series of sessions – typically four to six – that moves through the full ALIGN and ESTABLISH foundations of the FINITY method. Participants build on each session’s material between workshops, creating continuity of engagement and measurable behavioural change over the course of the programme. The series format is the most effective vehicle for durable results at an organisational level.
4 – 6 sessions
Online, in-person, or hybrid
Up to 20 participants
The sustained
engagement.
A longer-form programme embedded within your organisation’s annual wellbeing calendar – combining group workshops, webinar content, and optional access to individual coaching sessions for participants who want to go deeper. Scoped in partnership with your HR or wellbeing lead to fit your organisation’s specific context, culture, and objectives.
Bespoke – typically 3 – 12 months
Online, in-person, or hybrid
Scoped at consultation
The Content
The content is drawn directly from the Money Alignment Method – the same psychological and practical territory as the one-to-one engagement, adapted for group facilitation. It is calibrated to what your people need, not to a fixed off-the-shelf curriculum.
Territory · 01
Where financial beliefs come from. How inherited stories about money – scarcity, shame, aspiration, safety – continue to operate in adult life, often invisibly. Naming them is the first step to changing the behaviour they produce.
TERRITORY · 02
The gap between espoused values and actual financial behaviour – why people consistently make decisions that contradict what they say they care about, and how to close that gap deliberately and sustainably
TERRITORY · 03
Avoidance, anxiety, impulsive decisions, chronic disorganisation – the patterns most organisations see expressed in financial stress leave requests, benefit underutilisation, and disengagement. Understood and addressed at root.
Territory · 04
The practical structural layer – cashflow, reserves, protection – covered not as abstract financial literacy, but as the direct expression of clarity. What a financially settled life actually requires, and how to begin building it.
TERRITORY · 05
The FINITY philosophy applied at an organisational level: helping people identify what financial sufficiency looks like for them – not as a ceiling, but as an anchor. A settled relationship with money is more productive than an aspirational one.
TERRITORY · 06
Every programme closes with a practical framework that participants carry beyond the sessions – personalised, actionable, and designed to sustain the change the programme has produced rather than require continued external support to maintain.
Why This Works
Most financial wellbeing programmes deliver information. FINITY programmes address the conditions that determine whether information produces any change at all.
01 Root-level work
The programme addresses belief and behaviour – not just knowledge. People already know they should save more, invest earlier, spend less on certain things. The question is why they don’t. That is where this work begins.
02 Non-prescriptive facilitation
The FINITY method does not tell people what to want. It helps them identify what they actually value and build a financial life that reflects it. That distinction matters – especially in a group setting where participants arrive with very different circumstances.
03 No identity categorisation
The programme does not segment participants by income, background, or any other category. The psychological dynamics of financial behaviour are universal – the patterns differ in content, not in structure. Everyone is addressed as a whole person.
04 Proof of concept
The FINITY method is not a training product assembled for corporate delivery. It is the architecture of a transformation the has been lived – and delivered to private clients across six-month engagements. The organisational programme is the same work, adapted for scale.

The Formats
Each format serves a different context – in terms of depth, duration, and what the setting asks of participants. All three are rooted in the same method.
Step · 01
A scoping call to understand your organisation’s context, the specific challenges you’re addressing, and what format is the right fit.
Step · 02
A tailored programme proposal – format, content, duration, and delivery approach – built around your organisation’s specific objectives.
Step · 03
Sessions facilitated directly by the FINITY founder. Not outsourced, not scaled through associates. The same quality of presence as the private engagement.
Step · 04
A post-programme review to assess impact, identify what participants are carrying forward, and establish whether a continued engagement is the right next step.
